VLAD DONETS

Vlad moved to the United States from the former Soviet Union. Growing up there gave him a unique view of the financial world. That is why his passion and calling in life is to help families and business owners become financially secure without taking unnecessary risks.

He started his career with a Fortune 100 company and achieved some of their highest honors while building his practice and serving the needs of his community. Recognizing the changing industry and the growing need for independence, Vlad joined with his long-term colleague at Solera.

In his free time, Vlad loves spending time with his beautiful wife Mila, their two grown children Livia and Kaleb and their brand new baby girl Grace Sofia! He also loves the outdoors, backpacking, mountain biking and traveling the world with family and friends.

Daryl T. Seaton

DARYL T. SEATON

Risk management is “mission critical to Daryl! Given the markets over the last two decades, Daryl realized the need for meaningful risk management that was not a rehash of the same old style seen from Wall Street prior. His mantra is, “We win more by losing less.”

Previously, Daryl worked for a Fortune 100 Company for 13 years. In his leadership role, he helped recruit, develop, and supervise 150+ Agents/Financial Advisors managing more than one billion dollars in assets. His educational and career background has uniquely positioned him for his role as architect and manager of the Solera Fractionally Blended Portfolios. Daryl’s solid leadership background in finance has brought an unwavering commitment to Soleras’ client-aligned approach to risk management and independence from the influence of big Wall Street firms.

Far and away his pride and joy is his family. Along with his wife, Tammy, they are raising two boys of great character and faith. Daryl also enjoys wine and hiking in his leisure time.

John DeShaw

JOHN DESHAW

John joined Solera with 15 years in the financial planning industry. His experience ranges from providing individual retirement and comprehensive planning to training financial professionals while on a regional team with a well-known insurance and investment company. He shares our high value of people and provides advice in a consultative style. John is our resource for Medicare planning, contracted with several of the most popular providers in California and other states for Advantage and Supplement plans.

He grew up in Ohio, graduated from Kent State University, and brings broad professional experience in process improvement, management, and operations from the fields of education, real estate, document imaging, and service. Trained as a first responder in emotional and spiritual help, John also loves to invest time to restore or re-purpose things back to a useful and valued position, whether it’s furniture, equipment or people. He enjoys spending time with his wife Patty and their adult son and loves developing as an electric guitar and sax player, riding his classic road bike, watching documentaries and learning about new skills or interests.

Slava Palamarchuk

SLAVA PALAMARCHUK

Slava moved to Sacramento from Ukraine. He studied Business Finance and Insurance at California State University – Sacramento achieving his undergraduate degree. After graduating he proceeded to work for a Fortune 50 bank. In that fast-paced environment, Slava was able to quickly achieve the title of Branch Manager. Desiring the best for his clients he became an independent financial professional and later with the help of friends, family and partners Slava joined Solera Asset Managers. As a servant-leader, he brings a passion for finance, and relationships, and works tirelessly to help provide top-notch planning for clients. He is an invaluable and positive force for his clients and Solera.

In his free time, Slava loves to play sports, visit friends and family and travel with his wife Lyudmila and their three children. He also likes to read books on biographies, business and history. Grateful for an amazing community, Slava is always looking for different ways to improve people’s lives.

Eddy Volnov

EDDY VOLNOV

Eddy joined Solera after 10 successful years serving the Medicare-eligible community as a broker for multiple providers of Advantage and Supplement plans. He has helped them navigate the complex healthcare insurance world to select and implement a plan that best fits their needs. He earned a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and will now, through his broad knowledge of the insurance world and Solera’s holistic and personalized strategy approach, greatly expand the service he provides to his clients.

Originally from Sacramento, California, he has lived in 8 different locations across 5 states. He knows how to adjust to changes in life, identify priorities, the value of planning as well as execution and loves sharing those strengths with those around him. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Laney, friends and family, playing and/or watching sports, traveling, and discovering the variety of dining experiences everywhere he visits. Eddy is always looking to expand his knowledge and professional tools to better serve those around him and his community.

David Tsymbal

DAVID TSYMBAL

David is a leader in several ministries at his church and volunteers regularly”.

David Joined Solera as an agent with 5 years of experience working for the Financial Department of the State of California. He completed his master's in economics with a focus on international finance at California State University of Sacramento. While working on his degree David was awarded the Deans Award for the most outstanding student in the Economics department.

He moved to Sacramento from Ukraine and David has thrived in California ever since. He has experience in various sectors of employment which all taught him values that benefit our team and our clients.

In his free time, David enjoys playing chess, pool, and spending time with his church family and friends. He enjoys the outdoors and traveling the world. David is a member of City Bible Church and has been involved in several ministries and volunteering roles since he began attending that church.

Irina Tarasova

Lead Administrative Assistant

IRINA TARASOVA

Irina is our lead administrative assistant with several years of experience working as an assistant to CEO’s and Directors in different industries. She oversees client servicing, underwriting coordination, opening investment accounts, and managing the admin staff. Although she doesn’t sit at the front, you’ll be sure to hear her laugh throughout the office. Irina is passionate about providing every client with excellent and timely assistance in any way needed.

After work, you can usually find Irina at a local coffee shop lost in her latest book. She leads short-term intensive leadership programs at her church and assists several of the directors with their administrative needs. Irina loves spending time with her family, their favorite activity being solving escape rooms.

Inna Iushchenko

INNA LUSHCHENKO

Inna joined the team as an Administrative Assistant, where she supports daily operations, manages schedules, and handles a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. With a diverse background in floral design and customer service in the insurance industry, she brings both creativity and strong communication skills to her role. Outside of work, Inna enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, participating in church activities at Church of Grace, and exploring her love for music. She is passionate about singing and leads worship at her church. When she's not working, you can find her enjoying nature, attending church events, or finding new ways to connect with her community. In her downtime, she loves sipping on a good cup of coffee and diving into a captivating book.

Sevara Siddik

Administrative Assistant

SEVARA SIDDIK

Sevara joined the Solera team to be an Administrative Assistant and her role as part of the team is to help both clients and agents with any services they need. She'll be the first one to greet you as you come in!

When Sevara is out of the office, she likes to go on walks with her dogs, spend time with her family, or try new foods! She loves to do puzzles, travel, and play tennis! Every weekend you can find her in the kitchen baking new desserts. 

Ceci Hanes

CECI HANES

Ceci joined the Solera Team as personal assistant to John DeShaw. She brings many years of experience in administration and customer service and a “joy of living” upbeat attitude.

Originally from Mexico, where she worked as an accountant and in Real Estate management for many years at her father’s company. After she moved to the United States, Ceci worked as an interpreter in the court system for about 4 years, later she was church secretary and then church administrator for over 15 years before she moved to California.

Ceci has been married to her husband, Jeff for 25 years and they have 3 children, Carlos, Danielle and Siobhan.
